Stories are a gift - they exist to be given to others.

Welcome to my site. I am Victoria Parsons a storyteller who would like to share my work with anyone who wants to listen. On this site you will find recordings of stories I tell, some of which I've collected from books, some I've heard or been told and some I have made up myself. There are loads of stories for children, many of which can be useful tools for the classroom, or just great to stick on in the car or background during activities. You can download them to CD's or your iPod.

I consider myself a virtual busker, I've brought my stories to the internet rather than the street, so if you like them and you'd like to show your appreciation, please do put whatever you can afford or you think their worth into my virtual hat...

I've divided up my stories into categories they are:

Whose Tale Is It Anyway..?

Every story looks different depending on who is telling it. This series takes favourite fairy tales and re-tells them from the points of view of every character - great for teaching Traditional Tales in a new and exciting way.
